Amidst the chaos and the cries of pain,

Nurses stand steadfast, the heroes to gain.

A silent force, a backbone of healthcare,

Their deeds often unnoticed, as if they’re not there.

Painstakingly tending to every request,

They never falter, never take a rest.

From day to night, and night to day,

Their selflessness and care light up the way.

With gentle words and soothing touch,

They heal our wounds and lift our crutch.

Their empathy, a balm to all our sorrows,

Helping us face a brighter tomorrow.

Through sickness and health, they stand tall,

Never succumbing, never to fall.

Their service to humanity, a debt we owe,

The love they give, forever to grow.

So here’s to the nurses, the angels we know,

Their kindness and care, forever to glow.

Their sacrifice, let us never forget,

For without them, our world would be a cold dark threat.

Happy Nurses Week 2023 to all nurses everywhere!

Thanks, nurses; you’re the unsung heroes who keep healthcare running.

And again, thank you to all of you for the caring (TLC) things that you do!
