Today I’ll share a real truth that is unknown to many people, and that is that there will be a new Jerusalem that will become the world’s capital in the future. Surprised? Read on and discover this fascinating biblical reality.

As humanity moves towards the 21st century, many people have started wondering what the future holds for us. With advancements in science and technology, we are now able to explore outer space and discover new worlds beyond our imagination. But what about the world we already inhabit? What will happen to our planet in the future? According to the Bible, it seems that one city will play a prominent role in shaping the future of our world — Jerusalem!

The idea of Jerusalem as the capital of the world is not a new one. In fact, it has been prophesied in the Bible for thousands of years. In the book of Ezekiel, the prophet describes a future vision of a new Jerusalem that will be the center of worship, commerce, and justice. The new Jerusalem, will be the gathering point of the world’s nations, and will serve as the capital of the renewed Kingdom of Israel. Ezekiel prophesied that this city will have 12 gates, one gate for each of the tribes of Israel. “The name of the city from that day forward shall be: “God (Yahweh) is There” (Ezekiel 48:35).

Similarly, the prophet Isaiah speaks of a time when Jerusalem will become the highest mountain of all nations, and all people will come to it to worship Yahweh and be taught his ways. “And it shall come to pass in the latter days, that the mountain of Yahweh’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the house of the Elohim of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of Yahweh from Jerusalem” (Isaiah 2:2–3).

It’s fascinating to see how these ancient prophecies are starting to play out in our world today. Jerusalem, a city that has been the center of religious conflict for centuries, is slowly emerging as a hub of innovation, culture, and diplomacy. In recent years, Israel has become a global leader in tech innovation, with Jerusalem at the forefront of this movement. The city is home to a booming startup scene, world-renowned universities, and cutting-edge research centers.

Additionally, Jerusalem is also becoming a center for interfaith dialogue and peace-building. In 2017, the city of Jerusalem was recognized by former US President Trump as the capital of Israel. In 2019, the city hosted the first-ever Abrahamic Business Circle Summit, bringing together Muslim, Jewish, and Christian business leaders to foster economic cooperation and cultural understanding. In 2020, bilateral agreements as an expression of brotherhood were signed between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco, and Sudan in the White House in the US.

Furthermore, each year, thousands of tourists from all over the world flock to Jerusalem to experience its ancient history and culture, as well as its vibrant contemporary scene.

Of course, there are still many challenges facing Jerusalem and the world at large. Religious tensions, political instability, and environmental degradation are just a few of the issues we must confront as a global community. However, the idea of Jerusalem as the capital of the world offers a hopeful vision of a future that is guided by the principles of peace, justice, and unity.

Perhaps more than anything, the prophecies of Ezekiel and Isaiah remind us that the future is not a fixed destination, but a continuous journey that we shape with our actions and values. By embracing the vision of Jerusalem as a city of peace and prosperity for all, we can work towards a future that is worthy of our highest aspirations.

Yes, in the new Jerusalem that will be the world’s capital in the future, Yahweh Himself will dwell with the people there, and “He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more; neither shall there be mourning nor crying nor pain any more, for the former things have passed away.” (Revelation 21:1–4)

I hope the message of my blog post will be an eye-opener for you and a blessing to you and your household. And yes, being anti-Jewish and anti-Israel won’t do anyone any good because Jerusalem and the Israelites will always be the apple of Almighty Yahweh’s eyes, the Father in heaven, as clearly mentioned in the Bible. In Zechariah 2:8, it reads: “For thus says Yahweh of hosts, “After glory, He has sent me against the nations which plunder you, for he who touches you, touches the apple of His eye.”
